OUR SERVICE PROMISE

It is our mission at The Nail Collective (Stephanie Ullrich Nails LLC) to connect influencer-style nail artists with people who want amazing nails. In doing so, we provide all our guests with a remarkable experience while performing our business with integrity and deep knowledge of our profession.

 

We are committed to providing superior service to each guest with added value.

 

Through our friendly customer service and lifelong education, we will strive to be your number one choice for all your NAIL CARE needs, while setting the standard in nail spa environmental responsibility. 

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

 

At The Nail Collective, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have implemented a No-Show Policy. This policy includes No Show Protection, which authorizes us to charge a $50 fee for clients who no-show or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment.

 

Additionally, we offer the option of Card on File, where clients can store their card information for future appointments, streamlining the payment process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we implement this policy to better serve you.

 

Please note that new clients booking online will be required to add a Card on File, while clients with existing appointments will have the option to sign a contract for Card on File or activate No Show Protection for their appointment. These measures ensure fairness and efficiency in managing our schedule.

 

We appreciate your support as we work to provide you with the best salon experience possible.

 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our No-Show Policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our front desk. We value your patronage and look forward to serving you soon.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Appointments can be canceled 24 hours in advance through Square Appointments or by calling 702-331-6966.

 

Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment.

 

However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties.

 

If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full.

 

One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.

 

NO SHOWS

 

If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, we reserve the right to charge a service fee through Square Appointments and refuse further appointments.

 

REFUNDS

 

If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

 

Since we cannot control the wear and tear you have on your nails outside of the salon via work or daily activities, we can only guarantee our work for 5 days.

 

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

 

If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 7 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.

 

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages.

 

If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 7 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.)

 

Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $15+ each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)

 

Please DO NOT EMAIL for fixes. Please call the salon and leave a voice message if no one picks up. We would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible.

GIFT CARDS POLICY

 

Due to excessive fraud and chargebacks, The Nail Collective no longer offers gift cards for purchase. If you have an appointment that you have gifted to someone that you would like to pay for please contact us for pricing and invoicing.

 

GIFT SHOP RETURN POLICY

 

Most unopened items sold by The Nail Collective in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold on thenailcollectivelv.com begins once the order has been invoiced. 

 

Some items sold by The Nail Collective have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, The Nail Collective policy website (refund exceptions), or in the item description. 

 

Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Personal care items CANNOT be returned.

 

GIFT SHOP SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping carriers are selected based on the quickest shipping time and best shipping rate at our discretion. Items ship through USPS or UPS. 

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling.

 

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at (702) 331-6966 or message us via Instagram before placing an order.

 

All items are delivered in 5 to 7 business days or less.

 

CHILD SAFETY

 

To provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our Nail Technicians. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 8 may accompany you while you are having a service.

 

We do not want to compromise your and our other guests' experience and kindly ask that you make your childcare arrangements before your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision.

 

We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Also, our music has A LOT of profanity and will remain uncensored.

 

YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

 

PETS

 

Pets of any kind, EXCEPT documented service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon according to the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology NRS 644A.940.

 

The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. To protect our clients who are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. 

 

Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception.

 

Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Nevada State Human Rights Commission. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.

 

CELL PHONES

 

The Nail Collective is a place for our clients to relax. Please check to see if your phone is on vibrate or silent.

 

However, our clients often lead "Work From Home" or entrepreneurial careers, so we DO NOT limit cell phone use.

 

If you need to take an important phone call, please let us know in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time.

 

We also ask that while your Nail Technician is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for them to do their job up to the standards. Thank you!

 

MUSIC

 

As an alternative-style salon, we play loud-uncensored music. As members of a small and growing boutique community, noise from our neighbors may also be heard. If you are easily bothered or offended, this may not be the salon for you.

 

As a group of individuals who left the overtly corporate world, we will stay true to our roots. If you need us to reduce the sound for an important call, please notify us and we will kindly do so.

 

We do not own music rights.

 

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

​

  •  Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.

  •  Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.

  •  Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service.

  •  Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment.

  •  Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.

  • Anyone we choose.
